DESCRIPTION: Before lighting the candle, trim the wick to the optimal length of approx. 5 mm. Thanks to this, the wick will burn with a small, even flame. It will not curl or smoke, which would encourage the formation of soot. The trimmer, thanks to its special shape, allows you to easily remove excess wick, without the risk of soot falling inside the candle. Regular trimming of the wick extends the life of the candle, allowing you to maintain its beautiful appearance and original scent. If the wick is bent, use the probe to move it inwards and straighten it by pushing it slightly.
Use the snuffer to extinguish the candle, which protects against splashing of warm oil, smouldering wicks or the formation of soot. Place the snuffer bell over the flame and wait for it to go out. Keep the snuffer just above the surface of the liquid oil until a faint puff of smoke appears, indicating that the flame has gone out. Hold the bell in this position for a few more seconds to reduce the amount of smoke and shorten the wick smouldering time.
